2026 Property Tax Workshop
COST’s Property Tax Workshop will cover important property tax issues and trends facing companies in 2026 and beyond. The program includes an in‑depth review of recent developments in property tax legislation and litigation across the United States. Sessions will be led by top experts in the property tax field. Attendance is open exclusively to employees of COST member and non‑member companies. Registration can be done at any time online.
Program:
COST’s Property Tax
Workshop will cover important property tax issues and trends facing companies
in 2026 and beyond. The program includes an in-depth review of recent
developments in property tax legislation and litigation across the United
States. Sessions will be led by top experts in the property tax field.
Attendance is open exclusively to employees of COST member and non-member
companies.
Cancellation Fees:
A $50 cancellation
fee will be imposed for cancellations received on or before July 2, 2026;
cancellations after July 2nd will not be refunded.
To qualify for the
reduced COST registration rate, your company must be in good standing with COST
at time of registration and time of program for its employees to attend the
Property Tax Workshop at the COST Industry Member fee. Please contact Karen

Continuing Education:
COST will assist you
in applying for Continuing Education credit for the COST 2026 Property Tax
Workshop. COST is registered with the National Association of State Boards of
Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the
National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final
authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints
regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE
Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
